Trail Tire at this particular location is awesome and I dealt with Widad and Josh. They were very understanding and courteous. Another location had asked me to purchase 4 new tires instead of patching a flat tire, but Trail Tires assessed my tires and quickly got it fixed in less than half an hour. Also helped me adjust the back-up plate on my rear wheel which was making a scraping noise.All in all, I’m 100% satisfied. Will recommend to anyone in Calgary!

This location is great, very customer focused and does work quickly while providing good quality service. Definitely will be coming back. Booked in for a oil change and new set of tires. They got me in the next day unlike the falconridge location that had poor service. If you have service needs or need new tires contact John or Charles.

Brought my car here today for my tire changeover! I had big issues with a different location, so I decided to switch shops and come here! John and his team went above and beyond, and were very friendly and polite, even though i got a tad fristrated (SORRY JOHN)! Started off a little rocky as the tires i ordered didn't make it there in time for my appt, But John personally drove to go pick them up for my car and got them installed immediately after and had them done before I was even done work! Amazing service, I would definitely recommend and be doing more business here! Thanks everyone!

Not only did they replace all my tires on a Saturday of the long weekend, Charles personally got the special tires my car required. They went above and beyond to get me out of there as quickly as possible and I even got a great price for everything. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I give a 3 starts because only One thing, the manager is very but very rude!otherwise the rest of the staff and employees are very kind and have a great customer service overall.nice attention and care.Again the manager is very very rude and if you read this message Please change your mood because your business or this business runs because of people (customers) you cant be just there being rude with customers, if you are having a bad day take a day off and treat your employees good as well, as a owner of a current business I will never treat my people like that, one thing is have their respect and another is to afraid them of my presence.for your employees they where awesome( we went for a tire change) .

I never had any issues in my 40 years of driving with getting tires changed until I started coming here. One year I went to get my summer tires to be put on, only to be told that all 4 hadn't been put on in the fall even though I paid for all 4 to be changed. I hadn't realized I spent the winter without the proper tires, resulting in an accident. This time they threw out my tires and tried to con me into buying new ones. The tires I did buy from them barely lasted 2 years. Avoid at all costs.

I used to go to the Macleod location after meeting Corey and had good service. Once he switched to this location the people I sent to Macleod and myself switched locations and the great service continued.He's had his staff work on my Infiniti j30, pontiac Le mans with a v6 and just finished up work on my 80s Chevy truck with a v8.Theres no other manager I trust to insure my vehicles are fixed properly and with the best service possible.I just hope the company realizes how important one employee can be as He'll have customers follow him to any shop he's at.

Wonderful experience!We stopped by to ask for help because my SUV suddenly started making some weird “helikopter-like” noises!In less than 15mins they figured out the problem! No sweat!Kudos to the manager and the staff! Awesome!!
