I am writing this review as a contractor who has been doing work for this company in their Kingston development. This isn't the perspective that people normally review from but I will anyways. I wanted to note for all reading that they treat their sub contractors really well. They pay often faster then they are required too which is not common for builders but is very much appreciated. I also want to send a specific thank you to their foreman Doug, he is always pleasant to work with and he takes good care of his workers. Even something as simple as ground being a bit uneven for deliveries, he has it fixed within 30 minutes to ensure everyone is safe, keep that guy as long as you can!

Never deal with these people if you don't have too. They cant t seem to get anything right and trying to get them back to repair the work they contract out is next too impossible. Absolute garbage. Trust me between hiring the lowest bidder to do your drywallinh and foudations cracking absolute amateur hour.
