Kory from beauty made our shopping experience so easy despite us not even knowing what gift to get. She took the time to consider our opinions, budget, and recipient’s preferences to get a better idea of what would be the best choice. In the end, we trusted her suggestions and we couldn’t have come up with a better present! We never felt pressured! She was very easygoing and friendly. Definitely recommend her help :)

I was looking for a fragrance and was assisted by Abigail. She was extremely friendly, professional and went out of her way to ensure I was happy with my selection.

The customer service here is terrible, from the pharmacy, to the post office, all around terrible!!! The way they speak to customers is something else!

Rude customer service. Everytime I shop at this location, a worker is always directly behind or beside me watching (obviously because they suspect I am trying to steal). It is very uncomfortable and quite frankly very rude. However, if I'm in need of help, they're too busy or are quick to move away.I never have this problem at the Mohawk rd location where workers are nearby in a polite way where I feel comfortable and they are always ready to assist customers. The limeridge location needs to do better. I will not be returning here once again.

Terrible manager, treats other employees like garbage and then gives customers attitude when “interrupting” her conversation to ask where product is. Maybe her boss should look into her performance and see if it has anything to do with the other terrible reviews.

Went to the post office to do an amazon return and was amazed at how rude the people before me were to the lady working there. She was very polite to them all, even the lady who swore at her because she was asked for ID to pick up a parcel. My turn came and she smiled and asked how can I help you. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. I left the store feeling sorry for the poor people who have to work retail and deal with what I just witnessed. To the post office lady THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!

I was so lucky today to stop at this store just to meet with Amelia from the beauty boutique who is the most knowledgeable,patient,expert person I have ever dealt with at shoppers.she walked me through all the products ,took time to explain the difference and answered all my questions.And top of that she is super nice ,welcomes you with a smile on her face .Honestly I always shop at shoppers but never had an outstanding service as the one I had today.Thank Amelia for making my shopping experience a great one

It's small but has a lot, convenient location being right at the mall. Pre-pandemic I was reprimanded for opening products" when all I did was smell a shampoo (which I did purchase)

If there would be minus marking I would give -10. I was looking for a perfume gift set. Yesterday afternoon when I entered in cosmetic section 1 employee gave a signal to another to look on me. As if I am here to steal. When I needed someone there was no one for a while. Once decided I went to self checkout where suddenly cosmetic cashier came and asked to pay at the counter (firstly she was not available). 100% she was thinking I am gonna steal it even after I was standing in the line at self checkout. She could have waited if am not paying she could point me of stealing but dragging me to the counter was very weird and rude. I am a regular at Mohawk rd drug mart but never saw this kind of service.

Honestly had the worst customer service experience possible went to the self checkout section but was made to wait and checked my receipt while I only had 2 items while the others checking out at the same time had more items and were let out without even having there receipt checked and they gave me no plausible reason for singling me out to be checked I was disgusted by the gall of them to do that to me without even giving me the reason and the cashier (of Asian decent just to help recognize her at workplace so she can be taught how to treat customers with respect) just ignored me when I asked why. Please fix this no person should go through this and that cashier should suffer proper consequences for her attitude and the service she provided.
