Dr. Carter took care of me. Fast, skillfully with very little pain and absolutely no nonsense on the op day, which I like. Healed up perfect, no issues in the weeks following with a great result. Receptionist in the office had a great manner and was really communicative with us. Nurse, in the follow up was top notch with a great manner that could put anyone at ease (thank you!!). What is a minor, common, though probably never pleasant event for anyone, turned out to be completely trouble, worry free and ...minor. Thank you all.

I had hand surgery 2 weeks ago and I am completely healed. The procedure did not involve any pain and I didn't feel any pain afterwards. Thank you Dr. Carter for your skilled work and being prompt and efficient through out the whole experience.

Dr. Carter provided exceptional surgical care for me at Joseph Brant Hospital following a traumatic injury to my hand. His recommendations were concise, and his surgical skills were very meticulous and thorough. No detail was overlooked. The follow-up care I received at his office was also exceptional and he was always empathetic, compassionate, and kind. Dr. Carter’s receptionist Chantal was very accomodating and professional, and the occupational therapist Dr. Carter recommended was terrific. Dr. Carter and staff are excellent! I had a Lipoma removed from my scalp. Dr. Carter saw me quickly at his office, and arranged for a subsequent surgery within 2 weeks. I was in and out of the hospital quickly with very little discomfort. I highly recommend anyone looking to have a similar procedure.

I had a breast reduction, lift and lipo and had a wonderful experience. I got a referral and was at the office quickly. Surgery was booked shortly thereafter. I was very nervous as it was a major surgery and Dr. Carter and his team treated me like family. They were so kind and patient. The day of surgery went well and recovery was excellent. After the initial first week, I felt great. All appointments were on time, thorough and all the staff were professional and kind. Dr. Carter made me feel at ease from beginning to end! I would highly reccommend him to anyone!

Dr. Carter did my carpal tunnel surgery. My follow-up care was disappointing. He did not even see me at my follow-up appointment which means he did not even look at my hand to see how I was progressing following the surgery. I felt I was left to figure it out on my own. Answers provided to my questions were vague and unclear. The whole experience has left me feeling quite disappointed and my hand is not looking great. I'm not sure what the healing experience of my surgery is supposed to be like, but it will be interesting to see what my hand looks like when it is completely healed.The whole thing has left me feeling quite disappointed about the process.

Dr.Carter was an excellent surgeon. I had never had surgery before and he did a great job of making sure I understood what was going to happen, and the recovery. The surgery went seamless & the recovery well. I highly recommend.

Dr. Carter and his staff are amazing! Chantel is always so helpful with booking and making sure you are fully informed. Dr. Carter is so kind and patient and always makes sure you are well informed and fully comfortable with everything. He does not rush and I really like that. I was referred to him for an abdominoplasty and he made sure to completely work with me before rushing into anything. Today was my last appointment and I am sad because they are such an amazing office to deal with. If you are looking for a plastic surgeon, I 100% recommend Dr. Carter!
