I found BetterCare Physio based on a google map search towards the end of last year. I had a some physio benefits left over and decided to give Dr. B a chance as nothing else was working for me. What an amazing life changing decision that was.I've been suffering from Plantar Fasciitis for a few months prior and was being treated by chiropractor who was making my condition worse. On my first visit with Dr. B I could barely complete one ankle raise. After only a few sessions, I was doing full ankle raises with ease and seeing massive improvement every week.For me, the thing that initially attracted me to BetterCare Physio were the techniques listed on their website. Her approach was different and put me through dry scraping , laser therapy, ultrasound along with a set of specialized exercises.She uses a special app to guide and track my exercises. The app made a big difference because every time I started to do an exercise wrong I was able to refer back to the app for the correct technique.Dr B is extremely kind, caring, detailed oriented and very passionate about her work. She noticed a bone spur on my X-Rays when other medical practitioners missed it.She will follow up and ensure that our program is working as designed. With Dr B you will never get a sales pitch on products you should buy - instead you will get results. She will be honest about the treatment and will be upfront if she's not sure about something. She makes everyone feel like they are part of her family - in fact now my whole family now is now seeing Dr. B.

I have been going to Dr.B for some time now and I can say that every session my experience keeps getting better. I visit Dr.B for my back disc and when I first went, she made sure that she has a great understanding of my condition and came up with an effective treatment immediately. She is such a patient doctor and you can feel that all of your needs are being met. She is very educated and always provides an in depth explanation of the clients condition and makes them feel involved in the treatment process. She is very organized and always tries to make easy appointments for clients. Her clinic is very accessible and it has various treatments from massages to personal training. Recently I have been doing personal training as well and I have learned many new workouts that are suitable for my back pain. In terms of my back pain, i have also been doing a bioflex laser treatment weekly for 30 minutes for disc repair and the pain in my disc has been decreasing significantly. Overall I am very pleased with my experience at BetterCare physio and I appreciate all of Dr.B’s efforts. She is a very knowledgeable professional with a great attitude and I always look forward to my treatments with her.

I will forever be going to Dr.B if I have anymore issues. She has been amazing and so accommodating to me as I go to school outside of Toronto. She has helped treat me over the phone and even sent very helpful videos to explain the prescribed stretches. I was unable to function and was bed ridden until I utilized these stretches and within an hour, I was feeling so much better! Good enough to get out of bed and get on with my day. Without her, I wouldn’t have been able to write my exam the next day. Forever grateful for this amazing doctor!

Dr. B is extremely welcoming and knowledgable. She was very accommodating and I was able to see results after only two sessions with her. She cares for her patients, takes time to go over diagnosis, treatment planning, and exercises. Couldn't have asked for a better physiotherapist! Highly recommend Dr. B!

Dr. Bahareh is very knowledgeable , professional and friendly. I had been experiencing a bad shoulder and back pain, Dr. B did an assessment on me and she was able to point out where I needed help. She started a minor treatment on my shoulders on the assessment day and honestly after that I already feel better . Would highly recommend this clinic to everyone!!!

My session with Dr. B was the best one I’ve had in many years! Bahareh took her time and reviewed my symptoms, explained the therapy and what it would do for the pain and also went over all exercises for long term treatment. I’ve been dealing with chronic shoulder and neck pain for many years and I feel much better! She is very professional and compassionate and cares about all of her patients. I broke my wrist in May and when I started my treatments at another clinic I still felt super uncomfortable doing daily routines. But ever since I started going to BetterCare Physiotherapy I started seeing results right away. Dr. Bahareh Zohrabi gave me exercises on an app which reminds me to do my daily exercises and that has been super helpful because I tend to forget. She is super caring and makes sure I feel comfortable when we do the treatments.Thank you so much Dr. Zohrabi. ❤️I highly recommend this clinic.

Six year's ago, I injured my right knee, and a friend told me about Bioflex laser treatment. After my treatments at the Etobicoke clinic, I never felt pain in my knee since. This past December, my 80-year-old mother broke her wrist. After six weeks in a cast, her solution was to get surgery to fuze her scaphoid and radius together. As a result of the surgery, she would be unable to move her wrist. I suggested that she tries the Bioflex treatment, willing to bring her downtown. However, to my surprise, I found the BetterCare physiotherapy clinic that offered Bioflex treatments. Our physiotherapist Dr. B welcomed us warmly with professionalism and started the treatments following the physical evaluation. She received 5 treatments so far, to which her mobility and strength have greatly improved, and the pain in her wrist is no longer persistent. I highly recommend a visit to the BetterCare clinic.

I have been working with Dr B to improve my posture and address some issues with my shoulders and back, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and has provided me with the guidance and support I need to make real progress. She takes the time to really understand my individual needs and goals, and tailors her approach accordingly. Thanks to her expertise and guidance, I have already seen significant improvement in my posture and mobility. Bahareh is an amazing physiotherapist! Her team is just as friendly as she is - once you walk through the door, you’re greeted with smiles. B is incredibly attentive and takes her time to explain your treatment plan. She is always able to answer my questions and never makes me feel bad for asking. I suffer from neck and shoulder pain, but after every session, I feel so much better. I highly recommend this clinic; I don’t think you can find a better physiotherapist than Bahareh!
