Scammers that dont deliver, they call people to pick up from them. Horrible, dont ever use

all the reviews you read on here will tell you the same thing. they never ring the doorbell and will leave two delivery notices on both delivery attempts without knocking on the door. even if you sign a release on their website for a no contact delivery, they will disregard that. contacting them is no use either, worse courier service I have ever experienced.

I don't order internationally very often anymore but I had to recently and they ship via DHL. The first package the company sent to me had a DHL tracking number that did not exist and my package never arrived. The company took full responsibility and sent my items a second time and the DHL tracking number stated that there was an attempted delivery" which cannot possibly be true because I have a front door camera and there were no attempted deliveries that day. Calling their office was not helpful and the package was apparently sent back. I will make every effort in the future to NEVER purchase from an online retailer that uses DHL as the shipping carrier."

The customer service here is some of the worst I’ve ever seen. Not to mention my package was opened before it even got to me.

As with the other reviews, you can literally watch them bring a non delivery slip to your door. They step out of their vehicle with no parcels, only a slip of paper. May as well change it to “Loomis pick up warehouse” as opposed to “Loomis delivery”. Lady at office was nice tho.

For a business that is the delivery business, not really impressed. Ordered a part out of Edmonton on Friday morning, tracking said same day delivery. Waited afternoon and evening, nothing. Checked again in the morning, they changed delivery until Monday! Apparently the part got to grande prairie and then took the weekend off!Monday morning arrived, I phoned to see where my package was, nobody answers the phone!This was a part I really needed, finally arrived in the afternoon ? Why the heck would they call themselves Loomis Exspress?Not impressed!!!!!

Zero stars. Dhl. They rang my doorbell twice in very quick succession. And by the time got my shoes on and to the door they were gone. They did not call me. They did not wait 5 min. Will stick with intelcom. And they happened to attempt" the delivery at 11am on a Friday. After waiting for a week without any notice of my package even arriving in country. By the time I got downstairs... from a 3rd story apt. There wasn't even a vehicle leaving. So they must have hit the bell and left within seconds. If the drivers are being pressured to "attempt" a delivery and take off

For the third time , I have a time sensitive delivery and the driver comes to the door slip in hand and did not knock or ring doorbell! I know this because I was home and I also have video from my cam So the deal here is they will “try” again on Monday , my package will be delayed another three days and I’ll be able to pick it up as I always do at the depot Thanks to this delivery co, I will now have to cancel the purchasing arrangement with a company that uses this service extensively. With any luck they will seek a new provider. If you want to do right here , you will contact me and offer solutions instead of excuses.

Worst courier ever!Definitely not worth recommending. They will make you reschedule your delivery the next day but at the end, they will just let you pick up your parcel. Staffs do not know how to follow simple instructions either and do not communicate well with each other. One teller will agree to deliver your parcel but then when you give them a call, the other one will tell you that your parcel is ready for pick up.The delivery man does not even have a common sense to give you a call once he arrives and will tell right away you are not home and will let you go and pick up your stuff in their office.I don't know how these workers do their job. Attention to the managers. Please give your staff some proper trainings and be attentive to your services and the customer feedbacks if you do not want to lose your business.

Would give zero stars if I could. Front desk didn't answer several phone call attempts. After driving across the city to go to the warehouse they unapologetically informed me that my package had been at the warehouse for over a month with no attempts at contacting me, and sent it to another branch in another city. Very poor customer service. Will go out of my way to send mail through literally anyone else.
