Espresso Dolce/ Ultimate Cup of Coffee Ltd.

Our espresso machine started leaking water while brewing coffee. We were referred to Espresso Dolce, whom we contacted regarding the issue. Since we live a 5-hr drive away, we waited until a window of one week was available for repairs. Not only was the repair done well within our time deadline, these good people cleaned and serviced our machine so it now looks and works just like brand-new. All conversations were polite, friendly, and helpful, and I would recommend their service without hesitation. And, thanks for the great cup of coffee to go!

I have had these people repair my aging Delonghi Espresso Machine twice now. Once 3 years ago and again this week. Different parts are starting to wear out. At some thousands of dollars for a replacement I am happy to get a few more years out of it and I can because of the repairs and maintenance done by the folks at Espresso Dolce. I am please to provide a positive review and recommendation.

I don’t often write reviews, but Espresso Dolce has truly stood out from most places I visit. I’ve had my espresso machine repaired by them twice, and I’ve also bought a new machine and grinder from them. In both cases, the service was fantastic. They’re down to earth, honest, mindful of my budget and preferences, and they really just seem to care about me and about doing a great job. Both times I brought my machine in for repair, they finished the job quicker than estimated and were very open about costs and options along the way. When it came time to replace it (ancient machine!!) they helped me find just what I needed and once again provided fantastic service. I highly, highly recommend this place.

Not a friendly place to shop. Buying an espresso machine is not an easy job for a user with little experience, so you will rely on the expert at any espresso machine shops. I asked for a machine to deliver a high quality espresso and other specialty coffee from day one.later, they said The best full automatic machine does not deliver a high quality espresso/coffee but:1- they did tell me this fact at the beginning so they sold me a fully automatic machine2- later, they said good quality espresso comes from manual machine only, I had no clue got confused3- in about 2 weeks I returned the machine but I was told that I had only 5 days for full refund so they deduct 20% roughly $300I am really disappointed

Espresso Dolce is a very trustworthy and helpful company which demonstrates great customer service. I had a couple issues with items and they made sure I had gotten what I needed. They demonstrated great knowledge and care of their products and customers.

I was looking for a replacement part and called espresso dolce. They were able to identify the part and confirm it fit with my machine. However, I decided instead to replace the entire machine. They recommended a similar machine at a great price and it was delivered within 24 hours. Super satisfied. Thanks Yanni.

This is THE place for coffee/espresso aficionados! I love going here (even though their best espresso machines are way beyond my reach financially). I bought a very modest De’Longhi unit from their booth at the Home Show a few years back, and have upgraded since. The current unit (a De’Longhi Specialist) had a recent issue, and I took in for repair. All the staff were supper helpful, friendly, professional, and informative of all the steps in repair process and estimated repair costs. They provide no-pressure info on the best espresso machines, and generously provide sample coffees for interested customers. If I ever find myself in the position to significantly upgrade to my dream machine THIS is the place I will go without hesitation. Thank-You Espresso Dolce!

I had the good fortune of purchasing a QuickMill Andreja Premium Limited Edition Espresso machine (#165 of 200 released worldwide) at the Espresso Dolce store in Vancouver! The machine is encased in authentic walnut and comes with a certificate of authenticity. It works beautifully, and looks even better. The folks at the Vancouver store were amazing! They bundled the Andreja with a wood trimmed grinder and a wooden knock box, along with coffee beans and cleaning tools. I can’t believe how lucky I was to find such a complete set of matching wood items. Espresso Dolce took excellent care of me. I received outstanding value, with discounted pricing on the bundle. I wholeheartedly recommend Espresso Dolce for all one’s coffee needs. Their level of professionalism and customer care is extremely rare these days.

Amin is amazing - sooooo knowledgeable, helpful, thoughtful and patient. The showroom has so many machines to test and select from, as well as beans and coffee related merchandise. I highly recommend Espresso Dolce!
