STUDiO B PiLATES
Blanche offers Pilates for small groups. She has got no more than 5 ladies at once. A course lasts 55 min with a good music assembly which is not too loud. No need to be sportiv or to have an athlete's body to start Pilates. I like the atmosphere and since I started Pilates my back is in perfect condition.
