Hong Ming BBQ
The pork intestine (stir fried) is a must try dish if you’re interested in exotic foods. The intestine tastes crisp outside while nice fatty and tender inside. The dried red chili, peanut, onion adds spicy flavor which really gives it deep taste. Also, lamb and beef skewers tasted great, so it makes your mouth watering, with nice cumin, salt and spicy flavor. Though it’s hard and chewy, there aren’t any gamey flavor in it. It would be much better if they serve lamb and beef head meat, brains, and intestines. Overall, it’s really pleasant experience for Chinese foods. 10/10 recommend!

With the pandemic in place, this Chinese bbq joint has adapted well with various tents and outdoor seating available for all customers. Dishes are really tasty and it almost feels like a night market with the skewers. It opens late night until 11PM/12:00AM.

It’s a great place with a lot of choices. We’ve been there twice already with two groups of friends. Everyone loved the food. It was clean and tidy environment as well. They even had two rooms where if you want to have more people going, you can book in advance. Food is amazing and owner is super nice as well.Highly recommend.

The line is super long. And you can not line up through apps. The sweet and sour pork thing is too sweet, and all you can taste is the syrup. The meat is extra tight. The beef sliced in Chili sauce is pretty good. Sichuan chicken is super small in terms of portion, but the sauce is good. Cold noodle was hard to chew and no flavours. Also got egg yolk baked sweet potato, the sweet potato is not crispy and sauce was bland. Oyster and lotus root were the best dishes. Also the skewers was good but if it’s cold it doesn’t taste good at all. Lamb was also too fat.

I’m so surprised to see many people giving 5 stars. I honestly don’t know where the restaurant deserves the five star. Food is positioned and I had to to report to Health Canada. If the owner sees the review, I high recommend you to clean the kitchen and fire the front receptionist. She doesn’t know what she is doing and she is turning customers away!

不推荐！食材不新鲜有异味，锅包肉里没有肉NOT RECOMMENDED!! Ordered sweet and sour pork, BBQ chicken wings, lamb kidney a a lot more. There is NO MEAT in the sweet and sour pork as you can see in the picture, only sticky things which we don’t know what it is. The lamb kidney and chicken wings had gone STALE. The only reason I rate 1/5 star because there’s no such an option for zero star.

Came here with some friends for a later dinner. Service was rather quick and friendly. Food came promptly. Everything seemed fresh and had a strong aroma of cumin, which I enjoyed. Loved the cucumber dish, BBQ squid, beef, and lamb skewers! Fried rice was decent. Not a huge fan of the sweet and sour pork, found it to be a bit too sweet and not sour enough. Ironically, I found the glass noodle dish to be a bit too sour. Overall, it was enjoyable and will recommend!
