My entire family is using the dental services (dental care, lining , hygienic and whitening etc.) of Heron Park Dental for almost a decade and we couldn't be happier. Staff are super nice and friendly, the place is very clean and comfortable waiting salon with wifi password provided with no need to ask for it. Doctors and hygienist are super nice and experienced. Great administration and billing as estimates / charges are processed fast and in advance to insurance companies so if you have the coverage, you dont need to pay to clinic and get reimbursed. Free and complementary whitening is offered with each cleaning visit with the hygienist. The clinic / hygienist is very generous with ongoing dental care gifts with each cleaning session. Small kids would get treats and gifts after each service...... The list of goodness of this place goes on, and on.... !

I have been searching for a good dentist office for years, I am so happy I came across this office. The staff is very friendly and I felt very satisfied with the work at the end. :)

Every visit is a 10/10 experience the place is very well organized and clean. The dentist is quite exceptional and welcoming.

This is incredible.. It was already upsetting but seeing that other people also had an issue with informed consent and rude receptionist it is becoming really concerning. The dentist in this place will not tell you anything about what they're doing to you and when you ask what the hell you just paid for the receptionist will treat you like dirt. If you're a senior, telling from other people's experiences here or someone who doesn't speak English then the mistreatment will be even worse. Save your money go to someone who has ethics in their work and respect. As to what they did to us I will file the appropriate complaints to the province for concerns about informed consent and the rude receptionist I will make sure to remind her every day not to be rude to patients..It is a free country after all so wait for my daily calls to remind you the you were rude until you learn to treat people with some dignity. P.S. You said this is the first time you face this issue clearly from the reviews here that is not true. So you're rude and a liar. Pease don't waste your money in this place.Your replies only prove that your service sucks. What kind of business ignores the actual content of the complaint and tries to make it look like the only reason the customer is complaining is because of the price. Someone else had the exact same complaint we had a while back in the reviews and you basically said to him you should be grateful we provide senior discounts. The entitlement and condescension of your business modul is unbelievable... I understand now why were mistreated today.. You think yourselves above everyone and you try to shove every complaint to cheap customers complaining. I will make sure to take your lack of informed consent to the highest authority in the city. I'm sure once your practices are publicized many more people will come forward about how your clinic mistreated them and didn't inform of them of the procedures being done. Gaslighting customers into thinking that you don't suck at your job will not work with me.

I wish I could put 0 stars, went in for emergency, told him three time he need to drain my abcess, says no 3 times that antibiotics will work. Next day, had to go to another emergency dental office pay again but a little extra for the drainage.. which I was glad to pay just not another emergency charge and more x rays for nothing. In other words, not sure if should have hes licensed. Or go to jail to still money while doing absolutely nothing. It was on a Saturday for emergencies, only one dental office is open in ottawa for emergencies. Maybe hes good to clean a teeth but a 10 year old can do that, just dont go there for root canals or anything a dentist can do professionally

I took my dad there fist time for his appointment. It was his first appointment and without explaining to him in advance about what procedures will be performed did various fillings even x-rays were performed but never discussed. We booked this appointment for routine checkup and his complaints for bite pain (that was never addressed). Even at the end when I tried to ask the dentist who ur appointment it was a clear resistance to explain to the extend to the rudeness. Very disappointing visit still wondering if that how seniors are treated. I am even exploring my options to contact with Ontario Senior dental plan people to register our complain.
