Walked to Starbucks on a nice hot day was waiting outside at their patio with my support dog… called them once there not expecting anything was happy to have a cold iced coffee and lemon loaf to go for the wife… not knowing the rules policies they went above and beyond to me help out… 5 star plus

Starbucks coffee in Stouffville is now open featuring a drive-thru renowned for its great coffee, excellent pastries and desserts. Staff were extremely friendly this morning.It can get very busy inside in the mornings and at lunch time. Coffee was very good.

Wonderful to finally have a Starbucks in Stouffville. Very busy location. Barista's are very good. They have cookies, croissants, slices of banana bread etc. Great selection of lunch sandwiches and salads.

In one picture is the peach green tea with lemonade and then the other is peach green tea with no lemonade. Today I received this dark Reddish drink and it was horrible. Why have recipes if you don't follow them. I understand I asked for no liquid cane sugar and sub with a little extra green tea because when they add peach instead it is too sweet. This was the 2nd attempt on this drink.Has Starbucks has gotten too big to care, if you want to treat everyone the same then lower your prices because when you are paying 6 bucks for a drink. There are much higher expectations then other place.

Andrew was awesome. Andrew was multitasking because it was super busy, but still attentive , polite , and engaging with customers. It is hard to find employees with a sense of urgency , while still being efficient and proving great customer service. Andrew’s kindness and work ethic deserves recognition!

These employees are stronger than the U.S Marines. I salute you all. Even in busy morning rush hour, the baristas were so kind despite being overwhelmed. Every time I go through the drive through, whoever it is working the window is always friendly. I don’t know what you get paid but you deserve a lot more! Thank you for your service, baristas!!!! :)

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a cup of coffee, and to my surprise, the cashier informed me that my cup was not large enough to accommodate the syrups I had requested. She suggested transferring the coffee to a bigger cup, but warned that it might ruin the presentation or necessitate a complete remake. I opted for a remake, but what followed was utterly unacceptable.Instead of fulfilling my request for a new cup, the cashier nonchalantly replied, you know what

I had a horrible experience with the staff in this location, the one I dealt with was extremely disrespectful and rude. I felt they were a bit racist. I came with my wife and dog to pick up a takeout. The guy did not allow my wife and dog to stay by the door for few mins until i pickup my order. I understand the location is not dog friendly, but the way the message were delivered was extremely disrespectful. I had not had this experience with this location prior, but this was very unfortunate.
