Had a pleasant experience at this WOW location, with great customer service given. The salesperson who helped me to get the best deal was Karan, as he gave such great customer service and is very friendly towards his customers.. got an amazing deal, all thanks to Karan! The Manager Suresh is one of most pleasant sales rep I came across. I got two phones recently and the way he processed the entire order was just seamless. Would definitely recommend this place instead of banging your head at best buy or other carrier stores.

One of the best plan activation experiences ever! Went to buy one phone at the Erin Mills location and ended up purchasing 2 with corresponding plans. The salesperson named Junaid Irfan was extremely obliging and patient. He conducted an entire cost benefit analysis for me, to help me purchase the perfect plan that fit my needs and budget. He made the entire process quite smooth and transparent. Hassle free and extremely professional. Will be bring my family and friends to this location. Would recommend 10/10

Excellent service and the best deal you can get! Do not go directly to the phone companies guys, check with the WOW store at the Erin Mills Mall first even if you have an existing line.I dealt with Suresh and Jagadesh (who called me after I left my number at the store). Have two upgrades from this store and happy to leave a 5 star review.
