WOW a company that cares. I mean really cares. Darcy is an exceptional appliance repairman. He is knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. He gave me some tips on how to use our new Bosch appliances that really work. He worked fast and efficiently. Sandra is a gem too. I will not hesitate to recommend this Canadian family run business to anyone.

Good service, but very expensive. He diagnosed my dishwasher's problem the moment he arrived, and showed me by having me clear the blockage myself. Used a shop vac to remove the standing water and charged me $220. He was back in his truck and gone in under half an hour. I had been a repeat customer but will be shopping around.

Darcy explained in detail the problem with my Bosch dishwasher , showed me how to fix it should it ever happen again. Simple door alignment issue with magnetic door contact switch not engaging.

I bought a Bosch dishwasher and was so disappointed , called in this company and found out everything I was told by dealership who sells all brands of appliances was so out to lunch. My gosh this company took methrough steps taught me more than I knew, eased my concern about energy, usage of water, and child safety lock. Highly highly reccomend them.use them folks.

When I called, I was not informed I would be charged a travel fee. I was also charged 1.5 hours to replace a component in my coffee machine that took literally 30 seconds to replace. Consider shopping around - even the manufacturer wasn't impressed with their service call and helped reimburse me a portion of this visit.
