5/5 stars haircut, Max was a great barber, incredibly personable and great touch of art on the haircut. Minus one star due to very rude receptionist, I came at 12 and she told me to come back at 1:30, ok no problem. Came back at 1 to check if any spots were open, before I could ask she just waived me off and said “1:30” before going back on her phone. Came at 1:30 and someone just took me, she didn’t even check me in where it says check in. At checkout, receptionist girl didn’t ask how was the cut but instead “how you want to pay”, quite direct - she needs to learn customer service, not polite or personable and made my experience negative. Great cut, terrible receptionist, would recommend to train her in general customer communication or hire a new one that knows how to smile or say “hello” when someone walks in

First of all, This place is great at cutting hair. Multiple stylists have cut my sons hair and all have been fantastic. Today though, i called to book an appt for my son. Had the misfortune of speaking to Poonum on the phone. She clearly doesn't book appts often and had zero phone skills. She asked me a question i didn't understand and when I tried to clarify, she sounded annoyed, repeated the appt she booked and then hung up the phone on me. She had awful customer service. It made me rethink taking my son there. Please keep her off the phones. She did not make me feel welcome there at all.

Went to get a haircut here. Hours of operation says 9:30am. Did not open until 9:45am. I was the first one waiting outside, the two ladies helped the two other patrons before myself, not asking who was first and what not. Decided not to stay for a cut due to the workers not checking who was there first and helping people who came after.

The service is not so good. Charges are high but the haircut were not so professional. I showed them the picture of haircut how I need it but they did it wrong one side it was fade out and another was like not so faded.

Dexter is a great barber. He is professional and always cuts my hair the way I want it. He always takes his time and makes sure he does the service 100% before finishing. I Totally recommend him. Located at Millwoods Crew Barber Shop. Book your hair appointment with him now.

Went in for a walk in today and got Tanya as my barber. Was a little worried at first when I had a hard time explaining what I wanted done. However this woman absolutely killed it. I told her I was going on an important date tonight and it was important that I look good. She went above and beyond, really took her time and was confident enough with her skills to ask for a second opinion on the direction she should take. This shows she places a higher priority on her customers happiness than she does on how other people will think about her. Easily the best haircut I've had in years and I will definitely be going back and asking for her again. Absolutely nailed it. And the price is excellent.

This place has always been an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff are extremely talented and personable. Wes, the barber who cut my hair gave me an astounding fade and exactly what I wanted. He was extremely kind, personable and knew what he was doing. If I could give a higher rating I would. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a fresh cut or shave. 10/10

The people are super friendly and great stylists too. I came in for a walk-in appointment and was served very quickly. Will return for my next haircut.

I love taking my kids to this barbershop. They make my sons feel Comfortable and they do an amazing job on their hair. I recommend this place to every one we know. I know my toddler is difficult but they are so welcoming and do a great job
