Fries were hot but absolutely no salt. Didn’t put the bbq sauce which was ordered and everything was just thrown in the bag. They even gave us completely wrong drinks. They just don’t care, go across the street to McDonald’s cause wow was this terrible… not what you expect for paying over $30 for 2 burger combos….

It is located inside the gas station so make sure you don't miss the exit. The palace is clean and the staff are friendly. Just keep in mind that it has a drive through and they give priority to that. So if you are going in be prepared to wait a little.

My most recent experience was very bad. The cashier seemed more interested in getting rid of me then actually making sure the order was filled correctly. She was quite rude and got my order wrong. Safe to say not coming back to this location for a long time.

Always out of onions rings. Had to order fries instead. Got to the window and they said they only have 3 fries (ordered 4) and was offered a chicken burger instead....it was dinner time and apparently they were changing the oil. Offered a chicken burger instead. It was cold. The fries received were so cold and gross, we actually turned around to complain. Never a great experience here.

The servic is very bad. They are very disrespectful to the customer. The customers are paying for the order you are not serving them free so have some sense. Atleast give them good face expressions don't just make their day worse by your bad attitude.

Went thru last week. Time was 10:45 pm. Sat at order speaker and no response. Waited 10 minutes and no response. Drove up to window and could clearly see staff member. Honked my horn multiple times. No acknowledgment. Went around to front and tried to open the door. No such luck. A voice directed me to the sliding window. I asked about an order. Person said drive thru closed at 11. I replied I was at the drive thru speaker at 10:45. Her reply was “sorry, he is now cashing out”.Tonight, drive up to the drive thru speaker at 8:30. Placed my order and was told to speak up. Did not understand. Was literally yelling until I finally gave up and drove up to the window. Gave the attendant my order for a papa cheeseburger and onion rings along with a root beer. Was told that I couldn’t get onion rings as they didn’t have only fries. I then said ok skip the onion ri ngs and just a root beer with the burger. Response was fountain drink machine not working. With that I drove off. Really? Get your act together people. I won’t be going there anytime in the near future. Save yourself the aggravation people.
