Complete lack of communication, errors on processing and required multiple follow-ups. Had used the company on multiple occasions over the years with success but this was, sadly, a terrible experience.

Made an appointment with the office at Sheraton Centre and received a confirmation email. Showed up for my appointment. No lawyer, receptionist didn't have me on the appointment schedule and she couldn't reach the lawyer. She took down my information and I didn't hear back either with a phone call or email. I had cancelled my morning clients for the appointment so ended up being financially out of pocket. I will never recommend this firm if asked.

Unbelievably unprofessional and impossible to get a hold of. Not worth the slightly lower price than other real estate lawyers, would never work with them again.

Efficient, knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. Ours is a fairly simple estate so there was no reason reinvent the wheel. Costs are explained at the outset and the location was super convenient. Highly recommend.
