I used this company for the first time in Dec 2016. I booked 4 separate times. I booked early so there would be no problems. Unfortunately they were late each time. One time they forgot so I had to wait an extra hour for a ride and the last time they got lost so once again I had to wait - this time an extra 15 minutes.

Terrible business practice.We confirmed the reservation more than 24 hours ahead of time by email as instructed and when we called to see why they weren't at our home at the requested time they said they didn't get the email. On further questioning they realized it had gone to there junk mail. What kind of business isn't aware of the potential for emails to be filtered?? This should have been considered long ago. Nothing like scrambling to make other arrangements when they don't show up!

Kinda hard to give them any stars when we actually didn't get any service from them. Ordered a limo for my daughter's 16th birthday. Details back and forth during the week prior. No problems. Day of her birthday shows up and had a limo booked for 6:30pm to take us downtown for supper. 6:20 no limo. 6:25 no limo. 6:30 no limo. Call them up and say Had a reservation for 6:30 tonight

I've used Executive Limo for years to take my family of 5 to and from the airport when we travel. They are always on time (even early) and load our bags for us. On our most recent trip, we arrived at the airport at the exact moment I received a notification that our flight had been delayed. Our driver drove us home for free, then picked us up again 3 hours later. Our flight home was delayed and our driver was there, waiting for us patiently. Just incredible service and courtesy.

I’m not bashing city cabs, I appreciate them providing a service. I also appreciate the professionalism that your driver Calvin upheld. He was well groomed in a suit and tie, and his mannerism was exactly what is to be expected. Great job, definitely going to support this service on a regular basis!

Nice driver, on time. Called to confirm arrival spot after detailed email regarding it being a surprise but it worked out. Took us on a scenic ride down Churchill drive to delay restaurant arrival for the surprise.
