Disappointed - during the snow storm they came and shovelled my friends senior parents driveway but never returned when there a lot still blocking them from exiting the house.My friends weren’t able to make it up to Brampton to help clear the snow sooner so her parents weren’t able to leave for 2 days.We came to help them shovel the blocked driveway. Wish Turf Smart Lawn & Snow Care could have responded and dealt with it better instead of brushing her family off when they expressed their concerns.

From the moment I contacted the company, I was met with professionalism and courtesy, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The team efficiently removed all of the snow, and even took the time to salt and sand the areas they had cleared. I used Turf service this season and am very happy with their response and operations. Last 2 years u struggled with providers who won't answer calls or respond to messages after they have taken money. I am sorry to say that my experience with Mr. Ibad, the owner of this snow removal service, was extremely disappointing. Mr. Ibad did not honor his contractual promise to remove snow from our driveway within 12 hours of it falling ( see attached photos at almost 3pm and the the snow fall stopped at 2am ).However, he failed to uphold his end of the agreement, and my husband had to shovel snow to get our car out of the driveway.To make matters worse, when I called Mr. Ibad to discuss this issue, he was very rude, demeaning, and dismissive. He iniated the conversation with scathing remarks about leaving him a review for the previous snow removal obligation he failed to fulfill. He refused to take responsibility for not fulfilling his contractual obligation and even hung up on me during our conversation. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. He is refusing to answer any emails or calls since the mid-season when he failed to do his duty.Additionally, I cannot overlook the fact that Mr. Ibad racially profiled us during our conversation.Threatening my family member who left the review for their incompetence with religious remarks. If he cannot handle the critism for the sort of business he conducts and his relationship with customers, he cannot stoop to derogatory religious remarks to people of different ethnicity and culture. He made several disrespectful comments that were completely uncalled for and deeply offensive such as using words you people" or "people like you".This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in any professional setting and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.In summary

I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with their services. From the moment I contacted them, they were prompt, professional, and courteous.Their team of experts arrived on time and were extremely knowledgeable about the various aspects of lawn care. They took the time to assess my lawn and provided me with a detailed plan for maintaining its health and appearance. They were also happy to answer any questions I had and offered helpful tips on how to keep my lawn looking its best between visits. I would highly recommend Turf Smart to anyone in need of lawn care services.

The service was great. Ibad was very friendly and informative. You can count on them to be here when they say and I would reccomend anyone to utilize thier service for any of their lawn needs. He even gave me excellent ideas on planting and how to give my lawn an overall better aesthetic appeal. I will be using thier service on long term basis. Thank you Turf Smart Lawn team!!

I’m very disappointed with the Turf smart team and contractor.It’s a useless company and money is just thrown in garbage by contacting them .It’s better to do your snow clearing yourself rather waiting for them and wasting your time and money.They make contracts with hundreds of people and can’t fulfill their obligations.

Ibad and his team go out of their way to make sure you have all the info upfront. Their kindness makes the process very pleasant along with their honesty. They went out of their way to make sure our new sod was placed within the deadlines provided. You can't go wrong with the Turf Smart and the excellent service they provide
