Very happy to have found Laird & Son. Laird was recommended by a finicky neighbour (which is itself a recommendation) who's used them for furnace & AC maintenance for years. I left a previously well-regarded company that I'd used for years after they were purchased and the CS fell apart. I was looking for a similar experience: professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and found it in Laird. Sean arrived on time, was thorough and clear in his work assessing my furnace & AC, and the price was more than fair. Highly recommend.

Laird & Son Heating & Air Conditioning
Our building was heating up in June with the thermostat set low. Our boiler heats hot water and the water circulating in the rads. The water to rads, needed to be turned off. They will need to install a switch of some kind. They responded very quickly to the call.

Laird & Sons is awesome! I had a broken furnace and was able to get a technician to our property within a few hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem, implemented a temporary fix and got a part ready for us in a few days for a permanent fix. Brian was so friendly and helpful!

I called Laird & Son as my Air Conditioning unit needed maintenance and did not seem to be working properly. Sean Fagen came to my home and was able to assist in getting things up and running properly. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend their service to anyone who has similar needs!

We have been a customer of Laird & Son for at least 30 years. We have recently converted from a very reliable oil furnace (also installed by Laird & Son) with a new gas furnace. Daniel and his crew were very professional, as well as knowledgeable. It was great to see that the crew got along very well, and really enjoyed their work. They also did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. I would definitely recommend them.

First, I have no issue with the Laird technicians. To date we have received good service as far as the HVAC equipment is concerned. However, the staff that answer their calls for service and book appointments have a very unpleasant attitude. Fortunately, there are a lot of good HVAC companies in the city so it would probably be in this Laird's best interest to remind the front line staff of this.

I've been a customer of Laird and Son for over 25 years. They installed a new boiler and hot water tank at my old house and recently they installed a new furnace and ac unit at my new home. They also handle my yearly maintenance. They have always provided excellent service. I highly recommend them.
