Received a nasty call from Meghan-Lynne Fleury because I couldn't get a carrier to pick up between 3:30-430 due to carrier availability. I simply asked if a pick up appt was needed or if I could get it arranged for the following day and what times were available. I don't appreciate being talked to poorly for trying to do my job. Very unprofessional.
