Excellent customer service and product knowledge. I am a full-time RVer and I recently had to replace the batteries in our Ford E-450. The NAPA store in Calais had one battery in stock so I purchased it and a week later stopped at the Machias store for the other battery.I replaced the battery in the parking lot. Replacing the battery is a challenging task because it is located under the vehicle. During the process, I realized I needed new battery terminals and mounting bolts. Every time I went into the store, the staff went above and beyond to meet my needs in a friendly and courteous manner. The store is exceptionally clean and well stocked.In my opinion, this NAPA store is your best choice for auto and truck parts in the Machias area.

Friendly employees, generally well stocked. When dealing with NAPA I suggest shopping online (even though the site sucks) to find a specific part rather than trying to talk with an inexperienced employee. Not needing a specific part, i.e. oil, fuel treatment, fuse, etc? It's as good a place as any.

Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Greeted at the door and walked me through all the various battery options they had. Lots of knowledge and lots of parts. Best auto parts store in town!
