I've been going to this Tim Hortons location for years and overtime it's been coming apart. It's come to my attention if you go threw the drive-thru and you make a specific request they don't actually do it half the time and you'll drive away and realize they didn't do it.Don't toast the bagel and they will still toast it. Ask for less cream in my ice cap and they will still put the full amount in which it comes out white... Gross"The bathrooms are gross... Are they even cleaning them ... Doesn't seem like it."

Place is never very clean, employees are rude, not paying attention to customers orders, don't know how to use gift cards so I had to pay my meal- wouldn't get a manager to help, management apparently too busy

Why every time I order a ice cap you guys always forget my straw, how am I supposed to drink my drink. And sometimes when I ask to add whipped cream on top the forget to add it.

I wish 0 stars was a thing. I guess no one checks the reviews for this location. I am not sure why this location exists. Something always doesn’t work. You order an ice coffee, no ice, you order an ice Capp and the machine doesn’t work, you order a breakfast sandwich and there’s no eggs or no biscuits. You go to pay and the debit doesn’t work. How this place is still open is beyond me. They advertise all these things on a menu but you can’t actually buy them because they dont have them! Fix the issues

This use to be my only place for coffee, but that new manager, Claudette, is a stuck up *****, shame to say. She has made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Nitoo and Homara and amazing people and I will surely miss seeing them everyday. Please bring the old manager back, she was exceptionally good at her Job. I will be back when Claudette is gone.
