Your Dollar Store with More

Since the store has changed owners it has gone down hill considerably. Prices have gone up and service is terrible. Yesterday I had helium balloons made and it took 30 minutes because the young girl who was working could hardly speak English and couldn't understand what I was asking for. After watching her struggle to fill and tie the balloons I finally left with them. One popped in the car on the short ride home and less than 24 hours later the only one still floating is the foil one. If you need party balloons I suggest going elsewhere.

Gone here a few times and the staff were always pretty nice, said hello and made conversation with you when you paid. Went in today to buy a few things and the woman was on the phone the whole time.... never said hello to us, told us our total and basically threw the bag at us to bag our stuff. I don’t have a problem bagging my own things but when you don’t even say a word to us and apologize to the person on the phone like we’re inconveniencing her is ridiculous. Never coming back to this dollar store again. Horrible service.

Expired old hard products, lame selection of goods. Dont like this store since new owners took over. Skip this place

A Nice Small Little Dollar Store Bye My Summer Apartment

The dollar store recently sold and i don't care for the new owners one of them followed me around like i was going to steal something and where not very friendly, I miss the old owner and her community charm. Maybe they have come from a large city or something but hope this improves in the future.

So you think a Dollar Store is just a Dollar Store? This place has the community charm of Peachland, I'm very appreciative of how the staff treated my two little girls.

Terrible. The new owners always close it at least 30 minutes earlier then they should!!! Like really??!! I went once at 6:15pm and it closed at 6:45pm, and the owners come running out saying it’s closed!! Are you serious!! Absolutely terrible service. They aren’t even nice. I miss the old owners. And everything is too over priced!! LET ME SPEAK TO YOUR MANAGER!!

Don't go here if you want to be COVID safe. Employees not wearing masks or serving customers with it dangling from the ear, don't be fooled by the plexiglass barrier, it's barely wide enough and she's leaning around it anyway.

Came in here to get my son a ball & a balloon. Walked up to the counter to the lady on her phone. Asked a question about a balloon and we waited 30 seconds, then asked again because she was still on her phone. We asked for a cars balloon helium and the lady grabbed a bag of happy birthday and said which one and then grabbed her phone and started playing with it while we were infront of her. I decided she has TERRIBLE customer service and I will not support here again. Lady needs to work if she's at her job, not sit on her phone infront of customers. Especially when I have to ask twice for her to get off her phone & grabbed the wrong bag of balloons. I went to the westside your dollar store with more and spent more money and time in there. Her loss.
