My family recently bought a product from a third party vendor that came from this company. After replacing the product twice at the third party vendor I decided to go to the product supplier (Toyland) and discovered that they don’t actually take responsibility. I was told to return to the third party vendor. My thought here is that if I were starting a toy company of any kind that I would not go here to buy any product but would continue my search because:A) The products are bad enough that they had to be returned 3 times with no resolution.B) The company itself accepts no responsibility.

We purchased the flying ball ($15) at the inner harbour in Victoria, BC. We charged it, played with it once. Recharged it and took it out to play the second time. My son held it then let it go and it took off up, up and up, until we lost sight of it, We figured it went about 500 feet into the air, Never to be seen again.I emailed the company and their response was, that there was nothing they could do on their end. Although their website says they stand behind their products as well as deal with manufacturers defects. Apparently they do not. Save yourself the time and money on this toy! Do not purchase!

This is an excellent wholesale supplier for dollar store type toys. I have a small store in northern Alberta and have been very happy with the selection of toys I get from this supplier. They have a large selection and their staff have always been friendly and helpful. The shipping charges are reasonable and fast. The few items I've had issues with have always been refunded without hesitation and I never have issues with missed picks so their warehouse staff are doing a great job. Recommend to any small business who'd like a 6-10foot inexpensive toy section.
