UpdatedThe offer you made me was a huge slap in the face! Not once did you attempt to offer me what I asked for or make an sense. Our communication was via email and you said one thing and did another, and the BBB can sort it out from here. I'm open to an offer to make this right, as long as you stop being ridiculous and stand by what you say. I can believe it's the GM I'm dealing with.. the owner deserves to know what's going on...OMG you people are ridiculous and unprofessional! I honestly regret calling you and will be shaking my head for some time! Thomas and Angela are who I dealt with, sure they won't last long in all fairness! Just make sure to ask if they are still there when you call.. you were warned! Stop dinging my credit.
