Hidden fee, false info and not working shower. The beach is 20min walk and not 10min as told, there a 20$ fee for the magnetic card, they refund you when you leave. On the reservation on NewB national park the tell you for leaving at 12h, and when they give you the camping plan they say 11h leaving. The 1$ HOT shower is not working. I tried the first one which was cold, no hot water and the second shower just took my dollar without any water. Just good for sleeping a night

I brought 16 scout kids camping with me for the weekend, the staff was friendly and the security guard even mentioned that he was part of scouting when he was younger. The park was really clean and the sites are nice and large we had 15 tents setup with no issues. The Park is a 15 minute walk down to the beach. The only issue I encountered is you need a pass to get into the park so we had to have someone at the gate to let the parents dropping off in. Next time I'll just have the parents drop off in the parking lot and bring everything in at the same time. Sadly Fredericton never relayed the message that we were coming so it caught them off guard.

Beware of low standards here. The electricity did not work at our site, had to get that fixed, then we decided the same day to stay an extra night and had to move to a 3 service which we didn't need. There is no privacy, picnic tables very old, Laundry- $2 for washer and $2 for dryer but only 1 out of 3 dryers worked. Washrooms were dirty; we know they were cleaned but not enough. You have to put in a loonie to get hot water for a shower, apparently. I could only get cold water even after paying the $1 and had to take a frigid shower; my husband could not even get a drop of water in any of the men's showers, even after paying the loonie! We told the maintenance and they said they checked them before and they worked, essentially calling us liars. Then they told us later they told the office (which didn't show any care about it) to give us back the loonies (but they didn't know anything about it). There is no wifi except in the office. If you do visit, bring your bike and ride to the beach to save $13 parking fee. The beach is down the road and not accessible from the park.

I tent camped here for one night while traversing the Maritime Provinces. Descent place to stay and a 10 minute walk from the beach. Sites are very close together and not really defined so it's hard to tell if you are on your neighbour's site or not. Bathrooms, dish washing stations and showers are all very clean. You do have to pay $1 for hot water in your shower though, which is not advertised anywhere until you walk into the shower building and into the individual shower stall. The gate key deposit is also higher than advertised, but you do get it back. Staff we very friendly. I do recommend this park as it is very quiet at night. Unfortunatly, the private trailer park along the East side of Parlee Beach PP does not seem to have noise limitations after 11, and the night I stayed there, there seemed to be a party across the road.

Booked a trailer site. The electricity/water hook up is on the wrong side (right) so parking a trailer is challenging. Our door faces our neighbours site (already super close). Site was a mess, literally garbage in our fire pit. Very unlike any other provincial parks we have been in. The fire pits are movable, which means there are various spots of burnt grass.

As of 2023 with NB parks new increased price structure, sites are way over priced for the quality of the sites. If you like no privacy and camping right beside your neighbour with no privacy, this is the campground for you. Pro is that it is located close to the beach. No enforcement of campsite rules and relatively loud at night.

The campground itself was ok, but good luck getting your tent peg in the ground. Its mostly gravel. There were lots of extra fees you're not warned about. The email confirmation says you need $10 cash deposit for the gate pass, but they'll charge you $20 (you do get it back though). They claim showers on site but they are coin operated ($1 for 5 minutes) and I didn't see that mentioned anywhere. We heard the water was cold so we didn't attempt. The beach is a 15 minute walk OR you have to pay $13 to park there. The worst part was the noise. Now this was no fault of the campground, rather the campground next to them. Loud music til 1am, and fireworks all night long. Then the loud cars and motorcycles racing up and down the road all night long. Certainly not a relaxing place to be.

While Parlee beach is beautiful, and the campground decent, beware of site 18 and surrounding sites if it's been wet. We stayed two days walking out into our own stagnant pond. Went and bought two tarps to walk across but that just meant i had two tarps to wash later. Fire pit filled half with water (I guess you could take a 50% positive on that?) and unusable. Left a day early. There was a LOT of rain in June, but this site should not have been available to book, or a refund or relocation could have been offered.

Everything is perfect but the showers. Sometimes clogged/won’t give hot water. Knowing you pay 1$/5minutes, I’d hope to get at least hot water every time. Other than that, campgrounds are clean, great space and campfire spots available.

It wasn't terrible, but it's definitely a trailer park and not a provincial park. There was a $20 cash only deposit (that you got back) for the key card to get in which wasn't mentioned prior to arrival. The bathrooms were dirty and covered in grass, and the showers you had to pay for.On the map it showed various places for drinking water but after wandering around the campground we found no place to refill our water bottles other than near the front gate. Wouldn't recommend.
