Consistently excellent produce at a great price. I love this place and buy all my produce here whenever i can. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and it's just a really pleasant experience to go choose some fruit or vegetables on the way home

I have been going there for several years. I have rarely, if ever, felt that the staff are polite or even a bit friendly. I always get the feeling that they don't care if we are shopping there or not. It is a bad feeling as a customer. It doesn't seem to change. I have been going because it's convenient. A lot of the produce is very good. I will not buy anything pre packaged in plastic, however. In addition. they are ready with the plastic bag (without asking) when we really should not be using them anymore. Is it possible that they can at least be a lot more polite (and more aware that plastic disposables should now be minimized)? I really do not want to stop going there because it is so close to my home, convenient, with good hours and products.

One head of cauliflower was $9!! I asked and the lady said “sometimes it’s $5 but today is $9”. I think they purposely overcharged me as it happened previously as well.The previous experience: The receipt showed 2 extra items than what I bought. Their receipts don’t have item names and their products don’t take barcodes so they can type any numbers as they wish per items. Also there’s no barcodes so they can hand type as many items as they wish without getting noticed by customers. I feel they’re scamming customers. I wished to support small business and not the lowblaws near by, but I don’t know if I wanna keep getting scammed by them anymore…

The male cashier asked me if I wanted a receipt. I said yes.He then threw the receipt out in front of me. He must have interpreted I did not want it.Hearing correctly and communicating in the right way would be appreciated.The cashier rushed and I did not feel like talking and correcting it at that time, but it was not a good experience I want to have. So I am leaving a feedback.

I have been overcharged on several occasions, and the staff teeter between completely indifferent to slightly rude most of the time

I used to really like this storeToday I went and was charged 102$ for my groceries which seemed weird but there were people waiting to get in so I figured I shouldn’t make a fuss, I asked for the receipt to follow up after but it ended up not being itemizedSo I just got home and added up all my groceries which could not have been more than 80$ at the absolute most (generously rounding up for things I don’t have exact weight on & assuming 5$ for a small milk)I dont understand how I could have been overcharged that amount by mistake unless the person really has no idea how to do their jobThey also don’t have a phone number to call so I assume the likelihood of rectifying this issue is slim to none, making the situation all the more frustratingUnfortunately I won’t be going backSHORT OVERVIEWkeep an eye on what they charge you

This is our favorite local spot to grab fruit, they get way better produce than the local Loblaws.

Although the English of those staffs is not very good, they are nice and the service is good. I like their fresh fruits and vegetables. I recommend it!

Great local produce store. Always fresh, I've never found a moldy strawberry 2 days after buying them - unlike some of the larger chain stores in the area. Good selection, some of it ore sliced & diced - pineapple, watermelon, stir fry, etc.They also sell canned goods, packages of noodles, etc. And pretty flowers to brighten your dining room table.
