Great experience!Called to see if I could bring in my microwave for repair, told I could bring it in the next day. Dropped it off in the morning. About an hour later, they already called back with a diagnosis and repair cost. It was repaired and ready for pick up a mere 2 hours after that.Very quick service, and the staff were a pleasure to deal with!Price was a bit more than I hoped, but it’s a higher-end microwave so it was worth it to me.

My television quit working and I arranged drop off at Fields Television Repair. Within a day I received a phone call explaining what was wrong with my t.v, the parts required, and the total cost. I gave the go ahead for the repair and within 2 days recieved a call my television was fixed and ready for pickup. I would highly recommend this company.

Fine if you need the work done for you. Not ultra cheap but ya get what you pay for. Todays tvs are throw aways given the average service is enough to replace it or better than half. Asked about parts and they kept quoting the price of their service. Started high and became lower as i pushed for parts(all i needed, i can disassemble a tv and bold on a circuit board myself.) I ended up not dealing with them but my interaction was decent. They weren't rude when i didnt want to have them repair my tv. They eventually offered me info on the go to online parts source(which i was aware of but didn't want to wait over a month for my part from, ergo me trying to source it locally) but their service would have taken the same time likely due to them needing to order and wait for the same part. Over all good interaction and fair prices.

Not sure what to make of these guys. They picked up a one year old 85in TV that wouldn't turn on, I paid for pick up and diagnostics, took a few weeks to determine a power supply was needed. A month or two later I received a phone call basically explaining they had no time estimate for me and the part was still on order. A month or two after that I received a phone call saying the TV was unrepairable, and would I like it dispossed of. Quite the lengthy process to find out the TV couldn't be fixed. I went to pick up the mount that was attached to the back of the TV and they decided to close early without notice. Not professional.

I want to warn anyone considering using Fields. I brought two amps for repair. One they said was repairable, one not. So I asked them to go ahead with the one that could be repaired.I received it back months later. It was not working, exactly as when I took it in. Turns out they repaired the wrong one.Did they offer my money back (at least?) Nope. They kept the money. At least they will until I take them to court.Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Great service, friendly staff! Dropped off a TV for a broken lighting strip. Within a few days had gotten back to me with an estimate.I brought it back for a separate issue and they gave me the same prompt and courteous service.10/10 would recommend!

I took my 14 year old TV to Fields and was treated great. Very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately my TV was beyond repair (as I suspected it would be). I purchased a used model from them... Highly recommended.
