The dentist did good work. One of the administrative assistants was nice. But my experience was destroyed beyond repair by the one AA who seems to be responsible for phone calls. Trying to get my daughter to the bathroom and she is almost yelling at me and talking with such venom....I almost walked out. I spent over 4k there, I shouldn't be treated like that.

Super friendly staff! Got all 4 wisdom teeth out and talked us through everything! Very pleased with Dr. Fortino and staff!

This is about Dr. Data, the dental assistants and customer service team. I really appreciate the time and effort you took to make sure I am ok. You were all so empathetic and caring. I got my wisdom teeth removed and everything went perfect procedure wise. My pain was increasing during the recovery period from swelling and they had me come in immediately that day to ensure everything was ok. Dr.Datta said everything was healing perfectly and actually CARED to see what he can do on his end to help reduce the pain and discomfort, although he was the only Dr in the building with lots of patients to see. He followed up with me the next morning prior to their office opening time. I really appreciated the extra effort from Dr.Datta. As he told me yesterday “you are a rock star”, I feel this way about all the staff at White Pine Dental. Thank you all so much. You kindness and empathy did not go unnoticed. Wish I could give you a better rating like 10/5 stars!

Worst experience ever. The doctors were rude and insulting. Out right lied to us regarding the treatment.insulted me. Dismissed my child and left me to deal with her at the end she came out with Mark's on her body and nobody telling us what they did just ignored us and walked away. We have never been treated so disrespectfully by anyone and my child is so traumatized she wont even open her mouth for me and wakes up screaming

I had such a great experience at White Pines Dental. I called to get my wisdom teeth taken out, and within a week they had me in. Everyone was very nice. I have a phobia of needles- the nurses and Dr.MacIntosh did a great job of making me feel comfortable and respected! I've had a tooth taken out at another dentist and I can already tell that Dr.MacIntosh did a good job at stitching my gums, and I'm in hardly any pain less than a week later.I'd highly recommend this dentist, and will be making this my primary dentist office for my family and I!
