The bank teller told me the bank draft fee will be waived but it is not.

Horrible place. Manager is rude. She is an Asian woman ! And no one seems to help.

This brand closes at 16:00 on Saturday, I reached there at 3:30 and like to set up a new account, the lady told me I can not set up a new account if I did not make an appointment with her, she can arrange it next Thursday or Friday, what a good service for the client like to set up an account there. So I droved to another brand on Hwy 7 and Leslie and spent 20 minutes there and get it done.

I absolutely despise this branch. This branch seems to be discriminatory on their hiring process being that there is 80%+ Chinese staff who have hard time communicating in English. Not everyone in Richmond hill is Chinese, stop catering towards one kind.Majority of the staff here are also very incapable of completing simple tasks. Gave me such hard times and unnecessarily stressed me out over something so easy to do. Despicable.Absolutely avoid this branch if you can!

This branch has to be one of the worst. I have been with TD for over 20 years and I have noticed that level of service has gone down significantly over this time. I have been banking at this branch for over 15 years.The staffs there treat you differently based on how you look and the way you dress. Same request but completely different response. If I do not shave and wear a casual dress, the staff gives a hard time for no reason when the same request was easily granted if I dress differently. Do I have to wear a suit and tie just to get some services? This is the thanks I get after 20 years with TD. Ridiculous!Stop hiring people who are incompetent just to save a few dollars here and there. 100% Online is the way to go. What's point to have a branch if the only goal is to irritate your customers and drive them to another financial institution.

There’s something wrong with a bank when there are more staff than customers waiting to be served. This morning around 11:30 there were ten people waiting in line for only three counter tellers who were working their heads off while there were four other staff milling about and four or five, financial advisers presumably, who seemed preoccupied with themselves in their cubicles. I waited nearly half an hour before I was served. This branch appears to be unable to retain its staff as I see new faces every few weeks I go there. There used to be a receptionist who deals with general enquires and attends to security boxes but apparently this position is now unfilled.My experience today is a huge disappointment and I’ve been banking at this branch for a very long time.

Bad experience today, our family went to withdraw a larger amount of cash so we went to the counter to do the transaction but the teller asked us to do it at the ATM machine… and when the withdrawal was done the Bank locked my wife’s card and the counter was no help to resolve for us in the bank, instead tells us to call customer service which is forever hold. Not sure why would the counter ask us to use the machine when we were already at the counter in front of them. Hopefully better customer service in the future

Worst branch ever. Stay away. Rude and incompetent staff.

The staff and the management at the Blackmore branch had pushed me to move to another branch that is happy to help me conduct my business.Despite being a 10 year customer at that branch, tellers question my every transaction. Anytime I try to withdraw money from my own account I am questioned as to the purpose of the withdrawal. They're justification for grilling me everytime is that it's part of preventing fraud; I'm sure happy that my 10 year tenure as a customer is viewed by this particular branch as a high risk of fraud.Despite giving me difficulties trying to access my hard earned money on my business account, their advisors have no problem looking into my personal accounts (without me present or my acknowledgement) and cold call me to suggest I move my money into TD portfolios!Fed up with the garbage service, I've tried 2 other local branches in the immediate area and have had nothing but fluid, respectful experiences.To the branch manager: before you respond to this review; think of how you would feel if you were presumed to be a fraud at every transaction. Do better.
