We hired them back in 2018 and we thought they were good because everything went smoothly.Fast forward to 2020, we received an e-mail from a debt collector saying we did not pay them. But, in 2018, we gave them our info and all, yet we got no calls about them not receiving our payment. They are very unprofessional and lack communication with their clients.

Do not care about driver wait times on border. This is not the first time, expect to wait for 5-6 hours on the border even when you have sent the documents 8 hours prior. Stupid organization.
