The chicken and wings are some of the best in and around Waterloo Region. Not only are the flavours great and perfectly cooked, but the owners are incredibly kind. If you're from Kitchener, it's worth the 20 min drive!

Best chicken wings in the Stratford/Tavistock/New Hamburg area, hands down! We happily make the drive to New Hamburg whenever we want wings. They're worth it!!

This was a great place for chicken and it was really amazing service. When we got there they were in the middle of promoting a new item so we actually were lucky enough to be offered to try it on the house. It was their Buffalo chicken poutine which we really enjoyed. The chicken was moist and tasty and the cheese curds were excellent quality. Home made fries and potato wedges were great too. We also enjoyed their chicken burger and 3 piece chicken meal. Also the coleslaw was really good too.

We are a party of four from Kitchener that went to new Hamburg to visit this restaurant. unfortunately we did not realize it was only takeout. However the lady that owns the place was very kind and generous and they were not busy at that time and she brought in a small table. The temperature was close to 90° so we were so appreciative. Her generosity and kindness was so appreciated. And the food was excellent and piping hot. Best chicken fingers I have ever tasted. Highly recommend.

The hype is real! Chicken was honestly the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. How in the world do they get it soooo juicy? Crazy yum. And such lovely service from Ms Mario. Well worth the drive out form KW. Will be back!

A hit all the way around! Our group of 8 ranging in age from 6 to 53 had the honey garlic wings, a 10-piece bucket, tenders, fries, coleslaw, Jarrito pop (guava flavour). Thumbs up all the way around, will definitely go back to this hidden gem. Best to order ahead as we did - even so I did have to wait about 5 mins for the order to be ready, but was not a big deal and the food was nice and hot :)

Never have I been so happy to forget to defrost food for dinner! Husband and I both had the chicken tenders and they were delicious. The fries were also fantastic. Will definitely be returning, and we love to support local ❤️

We happened upon Mario Chang Chicken in a local ad. We never knew there was this hidden gem so close! We ordered ahead as it is recommended as everything is cooked fresh. The food was fantastic! Chicken was very flavourful and the fries were delicious! We even grabbed a couple Jarritos at Jazmin's recommendation! Definitely try the guava! We will definitely be coming back again and recommending it to our friends and family. Love supporting local as well! Thank you!!
