Citrus kids is just what Nanaimo needed. A boutique shopping experience in a beautiful location that ticks all the boxes for your childrens needs. Not only do I always find what I am looking for, I find more and to top it off they will wrap it for me! Leslie is so helpful, welcoming and warm.

My go to place to buy birthday gifts! Every experience I’ve had has been extremely pleasant; and Leslie has gone above and beyond by offering to gift wrap and make suggestions when I’ve needed her to. Her knowledge and eye for high quality pieces makes her store my absolute favourite!

Love Citrus Kids! The store is bright and inviting and the merchandise is of the highest quality. Citrus Kids has a great variety of stock with something for everyone. I love shopping here for all the little people in my life. Leslie is very knowledgeable and is always happy to offer several options for a complete gift within my price range. She even has gift cards and completes her first class service by wrapping the gift if you ask.

I recently discovered Citrus Kids through some google searches looking for a particular brand of clothing. I used the online chat feature to chat with the store owner and placed my order shortly after and it was shipped the same day! I'm always happy to find new small shops that sell sustainable children's clothing and goods and especially happy when that store has an amazing online shopping platform. I will definitely be shopping here again and stopping in the store the next time I'm in Nanaimo. Thank you!

Great selection and so so helpful. I needed last minute outfits for family photos and getting everyone coordinated was tricky - I bought a couple things for my daughters through the online store (which was super fast and easy - and they even reached out before I finalized my purchase to see if they could help with anything and to make sure I knew about the promo codes!) and when I picked up, the woman was SO helpful in finding a coordinating outfit for my son. I love the products they carry, and I LOVE that they carry Clek car seats. Always very friendly. I’ll be back again and again

Love love love this store! Have been there a few times and the staff have been so friendly and helpful! Love all the brands and products that citrus has and I love supporting and shopping small / local business’s. I also ordered online for their black Friday sales and the order was shipped and delivered so quickly (the next day) I had trouble with the free shipping code and they were quick to respond to my messages and help me get free shipping on my order!

Leslie is Great!! We live out East and I’ve ordered from them more than once. She had something showing out of stock online and using their messenger feature I was able to quickly get in touch with her to see if they would get more of what I was looking for. She responded quickly, placed an order for more and as soon as she got them in the store, she sent me a new message to let me know I could order them! My order also arrived fairly quickly! Thank you Leslie for actually caring for your customers and their little ones! Will defined keep ordering from here!
