I chose this School, by Neway For You, I applied for my visa. I had to prepay half of the courses. FAILED visas (I never received the TIF to know the reasons in detail). THEY TOOK ONE YEAR to refund the money, as if they had never done the operation, they sent it in CAD, you only can receive it in US DOLLAR - A YEAR THE COMPANY WITH MY MONEY... Neway For You sold me a DREAM. Be careful!

Very professional with excellent teachers and staff. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Show up early if you intend to use the elevator around rush hour.

I don't recommend this school. They are really not organized and its really difficult to cancel a session. I try to cancel my session and they told me they will refund me.... Its been almost a month and they still havent process my refund...

I learned so much during my spanish class. I really recommend to anyone who wishes to learn a new language. They have all types of levels and the teachers are super competent and eager to teach!

I did Mandarin level 1 with the professor TAN, I had an amaizing experience, Professor Tan made the clase so engaging and fun. We learn language, culture and history. I'm looking foward for level 2. Thank you professor TAN.

Couldn’t sign up due to staff incompetency and the director Myriam K wouldn’t return my calls to find a decent solution. I had been in touch for a while with the customer service to get information and raised my concerns when the only available spot for a French oral evaluation was the day when registrations were ending. I was assured in writing and over the phone it wouldn’t be an issue. When trying to sign up online the final day, the link wasn’t working and saying “we’re having trouble ….”, I tried to call with no answer. The next day, when finally being able to reach out to someone, I was told it was too late, class was full! And that I could just sign up for 9 hours of private class instead of the 42 hours group class. This ruined all plans to improve language skills in time for an event in March as other places already started their classes. Noone felt accountable of their mistake, directed me to the Director who never called me. I was told she left me a voicemail - well, not at my phone number. If you want to try them out, better sign up early and be persistent calling many times before someone answers the phone.

It's one of the best places you can learn and improve your english or maybe another languages you want to learn.In my personal experience my english is very good now that i'm studying here.The teachers are very great and also the staff they are very nice.

Not good for the novice learner. Students they accept know how language works already. What about those who do not understand the composition? They get thrown out.

It all depends on your instructor.Some do a fantastic job while others are very sub par. You should expect better given the high cost that the YMCA charges.One teacher basically humiliated a student in front of the class asking them to answer questions that she knew they did not know. She continued to do this several times.You can find better value for your money elsewhere.Update response to the comments by the “owner”. Discussed my concerns about the teacher on several occasions to your staff. There was no change in her behavior. Thus, it would be a waste of time to talk to your staff again.

It's a good language school with great installations and friendly teachers, their staff are very helpful and kind and you have a lot of activities every month.I really felt comfortableAlfredo es el mejor ;)
