The team here takes care in their job to ensure you get what is best for you. I have not been the easiest patient with many bumps on my journey to getting contacts. They have helped every step of the way. If you need an optometrist I suggest this location.

This is the first time I have visited this optometrist. It was very easy to book online and the reception and Dr were very polite and explained everything they were going to do. She let me know the results of all the tests as we went along. Explained the options at the end of my appointment with no pressure sales tactics at all.

I was a little disappointed with the service we received after booking here on positive reviews from a friend. We booked 2 appointments at the same time with 2 different doctors. After a lengthy wait (and a walk in being seen before us), we were taken in for examinations. We were both seen by the same doctor, and no explanation or apology was ever offered. I was very disappointed with the service and it is unlikely that I will return

Dr. Saleh is very kind, considerate, patient and sweet. It is a very refreshing experience in service today. She happily answers questions, address' concerns and never makes you feel like you are just another 'invoice'. She truly makes you feel like a customer and one that she cares about.

Dr Hrvatin was very thorough with me and patient. I asked a lot of questions and I went to see her initially about an eye issue and I now go see her as my optometrist and i recently came in to get a second opinion from her on my eye condition. I will continue to see her. The staff at the front desk are friendly and accommodating, when I asked for any notes of my eye exam and patient with me as I’m nervous and overwhelmed with my eye condition.

I suffered a significant unexpected eye event, the staff were able to fit me in immediately, diagnose me correctly and provide referals for additional care. They were kind and patient in my follow up care. They explained how I could have have a hand in my own recovery and assisted me with finding lenses that will allow me to live a near normal life despite the injury. I would highly recommend them.
