I didn't want to even give one star but I had to to write a post. Selfstorall employees are all rude and I have had nothing but issues with this company since the purchased the old storage unit once they became owners I moved my belongings to a different storage unite not owned by them. I have nothing good to say about this company and I will leave it at that.

Great Staff decent Pricing and easy access. Only drawback are the hours 7-11. So have to schedule ins and outs . Great Job Sentinel.Lord Holgate

I could not find pricing information on the website. Good that they'll match competitors, but I'd rather just go with the best deal up front.

Absolutely the worst storage experience of my life. Mice, ignorant workers, people living in their RV's, people living in Storage Lockers. What an absolute dump. The storage container next to mine had someone living in it, looked in my unit while I was there, made me uncomfortable, so I loaded up my expensive stuff and left the bulk of everything else.

Had a unit here for over 3 years. My storage space is extremely dusty. It would have been nice if they warned me about that. Everything inside has a thick coating of dust on it. I've had other outside units that were not nearly this bad. I also think the price is kind of high. I wouldn't rent here again and wouldn't recommend it.

We had a great experience at SelfStorAll Kamloops. This place is very clean and the paves driveways helped reduce dust inside our unit. Our locker seems secure and we can see that they have plenty of CCTV cameras. The manager is very friendly

Rude customer service over the phone, from the same lady named Karen, Always sounded negative, when spoken to her?Moved to another storage place? When we paid up on time, just needed a place store our stuff. No need for negative attitude, or yell on phone?

Tried calling them everyday for a week. No one amswered.or.called back. Except. For Laqueikshawn from Misouri or.something. She.gave me.the same.number.ive been.calling.but tkld.me.to.press 2 to.connect.right away... apparently to a voicemail that no.one.monitors.
