Great experience. This place is affordable, easy to find, not overcrowded, and has a great staff. I went for a massage with my mom, and we both left very satisfied. Great place to pause and relax without leaving the city. I recommend this place.

Awesome place. Incredibly relaxing. Gave 4 stars because I paid 8$ for a lemon cookie that had a hair inside it.

Came here on a Monday and it wasn’t too crowded. Parking was a breeze.Beautiful skyline, love their water circuit. It’s not as big as other spas but it has what’s needed for the thermal experience.RMT was very professional and overall had a great time here.Big plus is they are one of the few places with water circuit that still takes Wayspa gift certificates.

As a spa is small. Enough to relax a bit without having to drive a lot. Three hot and one cold facilities. It can get busy as is not very big. Service can improve a lot; I ordered a bottle of wine and they never made me taste it. They opened and brought it and poured in the glass. The wine was not properly stored. Pictures attached as well. I arrived at 6pm. They close at 9 pm but at the entrance I was told, the kitchen might close by 8pm

Good vibe and the massage were really nice. I think it could be a bit crowded because it is a small spa but when I’ve been there, it was chill!

Love the Aufkuss on Sundays, its like a jumpstart/reboot for a tired aching body and stressed out mind. The hot tubs were so big and the views are amazing. Great food too!

Beautiful, establishment. However we had reserved for a couple's massage and bistro service forfeit. When we arrived at 2 pm, the girl told us that the bistro was closing at 4 pm. Our massage was at 2.30pm and we wouldn't have time for the bistro. We had to argue with her in order to exchange our forfeit since the bistro was closing. If you don't warn your customers, at least have ab alternative ready...

I have a massage appointment that was supposed to be booked for the day after and had to cancel it because I have to go to the hospital urgently with my daughter. I called to cancel the appointment just 1 hour after the cut off for cancelations and they charged me an extra $30 to do so. The person on the phone was cold and offered no sympathy for the situation. She was not understanding at all and couldn’t care less. I moved my appointment to the following week and she mentioned if ever anything else was to happen , I would get charged full price. I am not looking forward for my message at all, which was suppose to be a relaxing moment for me. It’s too bad that this place doesn’t care about its paying customers at all.

I’m giving two stars for the staff, all of them were super professional and kind. Services rendered by each of their team members— from reception to massage, to sauna, to restaurant— was perfectly up to the standard you would expect. But while this is a lovely spa, it’s not a relaxing one. We felt like we were in a frat house the entire time. I think that if the rules about volume were actually reinforced (more than just having signs up, that absolutely nobody respected) this place could become a favourite of mine. Unfortunately it was impossible to unwind.
