Dan and Brent responded quickly to my call about our Artic Spa hot tub. They ordered a new part that day, and within a week my hot tub was repaired leaving no detail undone.They were knowledgeable and informative. Best service we've experienced!

The worst service ever! I brought my pump in for to see if there was a problem and asked to call before repairing. They said they rebuilt it and charged me $250. When I brought it home had the same problem. After many messages left with them I finally spoke to someone and they said they would get back to me. That didn't happen. More tries no return calls. I got the electrician to bring it in and he said they won't repair it because they are under new ownership.

Got our first hot tub from this place. Brent was great to work with. We had a hot tub in our yard in two weeks. They delivered it, set it all up for us. Didn't have to worry about anything.

These guys are amazing. Incredibly helpful and friendly. Even though I didn't buy my hot tub from them (I would have if I knew about them first) they were welcoming and helped me get my tub set up properly. I will never go anywhere else.
