I used their kiosk at Menards to get 3 copies of keys for my garage. The machine is user friendly. All I had to do is put my key in the slot. Type in what I wanted for my order. It copies my keys. I gave them my address where to mail them. I think postage was free??? Regardless, their price is way cheaper than Home Depot. Overall, I paid about $6 for 3 keys. Not bad; pretty cool machine.

I opted for the upgrade to the high performance key cut, I noticed they looked different and contacted customer service with my concerns, they answered promptly and reassured me they would work and said they would take care of it if they didn't. The keys worked perfectly.

The machine actually didn’t cut my keys correctly but the company did the right thing and refunded my money I will try them again. Next time I need a key made.

Very convenient and simple. The length of time to receive the keys seemed to much at first thought bit then I realized my situation did not warrant an immediate response. It bit pricey for a simple key cut but, I have my spare keys and that's what really matters.
