I've been with shaw for 3 years. In thompson and in winnipeg it consistently has problems and shuts down for long lengths of time. 2 cans and a string would have a better connection than Shaw..

I have had it a week. So far, abysmal. It goes down virtually every night for lengthy periods of time. Shaw is the only provider for my apartment so I am stuck, thank goodness my cell is still MTS and I can use it as a hotspot (which I am doing now).

I would give less but I have to give 1 * any way for one of the staff members customer service sucks!! people stand there and bold-faced lie to you!!! and be warned if you get insurance you will fight with the insurance people on how you get your replacement.. where is it used to be you brought the broken phone and called them and make a payment and MTS would trade your broken phone with the new one. yeah well they don't do that anymore and the woman who claimed to be the manager also claimed that they've never done that but we know better cuz we have always had Insurance on our phones and have used it to replace a broken phone..
