Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Good service from the lady at the counter on the day we took the car. The car was in great condition. Return was also quick and the guy at the counter was a great guy. Definitely recommend. Besides, I rented from this location twice and on both occasions, the representatives were quite clear and diligent in the way they worked and explained rules and regulations. Thanks to Daniel, Nick, Megan and Adrian for their help.

I took service through my insurance company. It was wonderful experience. Especially Nick, he is really nice he helped me to change the car type and also send me to speedy auto for brake changes and with his request they assisted me rightfully.

I reserved a vehicle from Enterprise from the airport after being t-boned when someone ran a stop sign. When I arrived they said they had no vehicles. I explained to them what a reservation is. Again they said they had no vehicles and were of no help. I was able to get a vehicle from Avis rental. My insurance company uses Enterprise so after 3 days I was told I needed to get a vehicle from Enterprise. I contacted the Enterprise store near the airport on Rexdale Blvd and was told they had a vehicle for me. I went to the store to get the vehicle before I dropped the other vehicle off so I was not left without a vehicle. When I arrived I was told to come back in an hour and they would have a VW Jetta. No thanks. That is not a comparable vehicle. Again no vehicle and no help. After another day of searching, I was able to find a comparable vehicle in Brampton. I only gave one star because I couldn't put zero.

Nick did a great job accommodating me today in spite of a snow storm! He is very patient and understanding and quick to solve problems. I only interacted with him over the phone and in person for a few minutes and I could tell he's a hard worker. The manger is friendly and I could tell the whole team are very professional and hard workers! Keep up the great work!

This location is one of the best rental car i have been. They very accommodating and giving you the heads up what to expect and explain everything upfront. I used this location 2x and i will again becuase of their punctuality, good price and quick service. Their car very is clean and as it best when you pick up. Great rental price , convenient location at Van Kirk off bovaird Drive. Staff was extremely friendly. Even got a discount when I returned car with half tank of gas while they charge me gas station price per liter . Very considerate.

Update:Upgrading my experience to 5 stars. Been renting from this place for the last 3 months on every weekend. Cars are super clean. Niven is super helpful.This enterprise location is my go to place to rent a car. Rented 4 times from this location and every experience has been seamless. Shout out to Cameroon and Nick in this branch.
