Thank you for another great experience today. I think I've booked at least 5 cleanings with this company over 7 years - and I will again. A few people have come to clean and represent your company and it's always been a comfortable, easy experience with fast drying times for my busy house that has busy kids, dogs, and many, many plants. Just the fact that you have friendly, easy-to-talk-to people working for you on a consistent basis is a big win.

Well on the good side of things they called me back, they were able to give me a quote and a reasonable time to do the work. They called ahead to let me know when they were coming and to make sure that things were ready and they showed up on time. They brought a brute of a machine and did the best possible job on a terrible carpet. Having said all this had I shopped around I may have been able to get a better rate but I think all things considered and the fact that they were available and ready I am completely okay with it. As far as I know they are a Canadian company and local and we should support them.
