Island Ford

WOW, am I ever impressed with Island Ford! My vehicle was making a weird noise last night, so I drove it to Island Ford as that's where I bought it. Even though they were fully booked in their repair shop, they knew that I needed my car to travel for work. They were able to discover the issue and get it fixed by noon the next day. They also washed and vacuumed my vehicle, which was fantastic as I had just returned from a camping trip and it was a complete mess. Top notch service. Thanks guys and gals!!

I am over the moon happy with the purchase of my 2023 Ford Escape. I have been dealing with Matt Cadzow since 2015 at Island Ford, this being the third Escape he has put me in. We had been trying to find a plug-in hybrid, but were told everywhere that there was a 6 month or longer wait for one. Happened to check the Island Ford website where a couple of hybrids were listed so I chatted online with sales rep Charlton and we arranged to go and found there was one available so we arranged to view it the next day. Charlton was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. We almost didn't buy the vehicle because of the interior upholstery until Charlton worked out a deal splitting the cost of re-upholstering in black leather. Amado in finance was also great to deal with. Only fly in the ointment was that there was a delay in getting the upholstery done and it took over a week to get the car back although this was not the fault of the dealership or the upholsterer. All in all, a great experience buying the vehicle at this dealership.

I bought a beautiful Ford Explorer with the help of amazing sales associate, Charlton! He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommended. Definitely one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Kudos to Bryan, Peter, and Simon for keeping the whole thing fun.

The sales man was good and worked hard to make me happy. The sales manager was really pushy and tried to tell me what my vehicle is worth and when you can just look it up. Treating people better instead of like a thing that makes your deal might serve you better. I would not buy a vehicle from them.

I never felt like I was being forced into anything by sales, nor did I feel that I was being mistreated unfairly or given a poor deal. Every interaction was positive and great.
