Always have such a great experience here. Experienced tailors who get the job done quickly and charge fairly for their service.They were able to remove all stains off one of my white blazers which I really didn’t think was ever going to come out - but they were able to make it look just like new again! Highly recommend!!

So impressed with the project I had done here. It was a sentimental gift for my spouse where I had an old shirt with heavy, patched embroidery transferred to a new shirt to bring it back to life.I had a budget and a timeline, this place exceeded my expectations and the sweet lady there was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Fast service and quality work. The lady that works there most days has a go getter attitude and makes the business run like clockwork. Highly rated IMO.

I have brought in a few shirts and jackets for alterations and have always been satisfied with the work and advice. I appreciate the friendly service that they always offer a reasonable time frame to have the work done.

I would never try to go there again. Treatment to cutomers in person and on phone sucks! Not to mention they charge high and want you to pay in full without seeing the result first

This place repairs knits! And does a great job!!Although I have always mended sweaters myself, I currently don’t have the time realistically to do it now. Then of course with irony and bad luck, my favourite go-to wool cape knit was damaged. It got caught under my office chair, ran over, and tore. Yikes!I took it in to Prestige Tailoring on Friday. $10+HST and it’s ready on Wednesday / today. I say Pham did a great job: the repair matches the density and weave of the knit, the thread is a similar red colour, and I see there is an extra binding near the neck hem to reinforce / prevent the knit from pulling.Recommended for knit repairs with holes or tears!

Unprecedented! I had a hole in my jeans and wanted to have them repaired. She charged me $50 for the patch and told me it would take a week. 7 days later i picked them up and she completely BUTCHERED my jeans.DO NOT GO to this tailor shop. Over priced, over valued and under whelming. See picture of my jeans. Looks like a 4 year old practiced on them.

Excellent customer service and priced reasonably. I brought a dress into the shop to get it hemmed and altered and the lady did a fantastic job! I gave her a call to ask if I could pick up the dress a day earlier than the date she told me as I was leaving town and she was very nice and accommodating.
