The Staff was not nice to me upon finding that i wanted to return the stuff I bought online. He sarcastically suggested me to go to another store. Be prepared to deal with them firmly especially if you are returning the stuff purchased online. I have been in this store a number of times during last 12 years. However, in the last few years, I have noticed obvious difference in the staff behavior depending on how much money I spent in the store. This is definitely bad customer service as it is discriminatory based on how and how much money a customer is spending. Seems to be ownership change a few years back. The previous management was way better. I have also been to two Mississauga locations, Brampton location and Milton location of the Chain but this store is something different only due to the greed of the staff.

Great staff and friendly atmosphere... No pressure and I find it very easy to shop here. I hate shopping so when I do I enjoy binge shopping they usually have good discounts!

Very good + size shop. I always find what I need there specially for winter. High quality clothing.

Great customer service and friendly staff. Small location but has many name brands such as Ralph Lauren, Bench, etc. Which are exclusive as well as other great brands. There are suits and casual wear as well as outwear in this location as well.

Ordered online cutting it close to Christmas (17th). Not only did it arrive quickly (20th), but when the item went on further sale after Christmas, I received a prompt price adjustment.(Their policy is 14 days)

Super expensive suits go to tip top at Erin mills town center, no problems with the workers just out of the average persons budget

We went here to exchange a suit purchased online and Simon went above and beyond to help us.Would travel from Toronto again just to have Simon assist us. He also made sure we knew about all clearance and sale items to complete the look.Thank you Simon!

Mr. Big and Tall is great for the Right size. Plus designs are unique. Give it a try. I am not disappointed and neither is the love one I am giving it to. Customer service is professional.
