Brockville Animal Hospital

I’ve been to a lot of vets over the years, and this is by far the best fairest, most honest, and most reasonably priced that I’ve ever come across. I don’t live anywhere near Brockville. I just happen to find them one day when I had a dog emergency and I was in the area and I’ve been going back there Ever since they are awesome people!

Wonderful visit. Very clean facility with compassionate staff. Our cat was quite relaxed during her physical.

The care your pet will receive at BAH will be nothing short of amazing and the same goes for the paying customer. Whether you are dealing with a veterinarian, vet tech, vet assistant, their care team and of course Tilly, you will be content and informed. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. They understand the importance of not only listening to your concerns but also addressing them. The prices compared to other vets that I have been to are fair and their smartphone app and paw points is an added bonus! Thank you BAH staff for everything. Molly and Mia love their visits with you.

I am very unsatisfied with the availability, not their fault but very unsatisfied. I have been going their for years and they were always able to get me except for today and no availability for the next two weeks….as a result my rabbit has passed away

I'm not one to write reviews but my dog had a uti peeing in house, and it smelt awful! She struggled to pee and whined everytime I could tell she was in pain and when I called they scheduled an appointment for like 5 days away..huh? So I called the next day saying she can't wait thst long and luckly they had cancelations that day.Impossible to get a pee sample from a dog and was told the techs can do it which they tried well not sure if they did was only like a Minute and then say they can't so I can either go back home with a pee sample kit or pay 65 bucks for an ultrasound so ofcourse I choose the ultrasound to get my puppy some relief right away felt like a money grab.

I am so happy we chose Brockville Animal Hospital to care for our pup. They went above and beyond at our first visit, even providing us with a binder full of info with her photo on the front. Very personable staff, very clean environment. Offered plenty of tips, as it's been years since I adopted a puppy. I highly recommend this Veterinarian.
