Friendly and quick service. Don't press you to pay in advance (although, obviously, they prefer you to do so).Charged me $20 to do small repairs on two shoes and did a very good job fixing them. People working at Art of Shoe Repair" (shop in Square One) asked me $30 to do the same and warned me that "it wouldn't look nice".HIghly recommended"

got the heel changed on my dressy sandals each one costed $10.00 total of $20.00 and both pieces fell off after 4 uses. no mention the lady was extremely unfriendly, in a hurry and the store was empty.5 minutes from my place but didn't receive the kind of service I expect, so will not go back.

STAY AWAY!!!!If I could give zero stars I would. He ruined my brand new shoes. He promised me they will be sewn on side to make them sturdy when I was dropping them as I can glue a shoe myself at home and when I picked them up they were totally ruined with glue, all the sides were totally gone and the white color is now yellow. Still he was adamant I pay him and I had no choice and he said show to any specialist and they will tell you what a great job this is LOL. Seriously?? You be the judge.

COMPLETELY RUINED MY BOOTS. He was supposed to narrow the calf of my boots and told me the boots would be better than brand new. When I went to pickup this morning, very very very poor job and finishing. The stitching is all crooked you can see glue everywhere. I should have looked at the reviews better! He did even bother cutting it straight.
