RBC Royal Bank

This branch is going down hill very fast! There is only one Business teller on each day and the line up for that service is unbearably slow. Very unprofessional non bank related conversations going on between client and teller while the rest of the 4 of us wait in line. Use some of our service fees and interest you collect from all of us and have one more business teller on to serve us better. The line up for the regular service at 3:45pm today was 6 people deep and none of them looked happy as they glanced at their watches. Please take a good hard look at this in your security cameras and make some changes to better your services.

Says night deposits but there is no night deposits. Also it says the ATM room is open until 8 but it's not.

Have been waiting in the business line for 22min now. Tellers have come and gone. Only one client ahead of me. I agree with the last post; service has gone downhill. Not to mention I don’t recognize any staff in here anymore and I’ve been banking here over a decade.

Treated rudely by a teller dressed in jeans named Emily. Told me she would not help me with my card because I was too impatient"...I had just waited in line for twenty minutes for a new card and when I used it at the ATM it would not work. So

I m here in the waiting line over 10 minutes, and still waiting behind 3 people. It’s Friday afternoon and there are only 2 tellers to help people. Really disappointing. Almost 30 minutes and still waiting……..

Absolute worst bank you could ever go to the manager of this place is a short little Indian woman who is extremely rude and does not care about customer service in the slightest! She also does not know how to do her job as she was refusing to give me my money that I was entitled too! long story short I went to the RBC on Woodlawn and got my money. I will be going back to get this woman’s name and make a complaint to her higher ups. She should be fired!

Trash bank. It saids atms open til 8pm on their doors and are never open!One younger guy must be a family hire, rude on his phone and never wants to serve a client when they are open. Trash

Corrine is such a lovely human. She was so helpful and really went above and beyond to explain each step of the process to me. She was so kind and treated me like family rather than just another client.I will definitely be returning to see her again as she was so sweet and so great at her job!

Terrible environmental practices- this corporation is funding a pipeline in Indigenous Wet’suwet’en territory in BC without permission from those whose reside on that land. Shameful investments.

I have never had a better experience with a bank before! Julie, my new mortgage broker, did everything in her power to ease the transition from my previous ones (who were challenging to say the least). She answered every question I had in record time, and really treated me like a valued client. She also got me set up with Kassie, who sorted the rest of my banking needs and was even able to save me some money. I was always hesitant of big banks for having higher rates than the 'internet brokers', but they saved me more money in the long run and quite frankly, their customer service is worth far more than the 0.1% difference. Do yourself a favour and give these ladies a call!!
