My computer is a year and a half old, and of course, the warranty has just recently expired. It was purchased from Best Buy, so I called them first and was thoroughly disappointed with the advice and outrageous quote to fix my internet connectivity issue. I found A+ online and called them. I was told to bring my computer right down and they would try to find a fix right away if they could. What a difference from the customer service with BB, I literally walked out of their store a half hour later with a $40 network adapter and was back online. I won't hesitate to visit them in the future and will refer friends & family.

Phoned yesterday to inquire about printer repairs. Brought the printer in shortly after 12:00. Got a phone call this AM. The printer was fixed and ready to be picked up. Great service and very pleasant staff. Price was reasonable too! Highly recommended!

I highly recommend A+ they have been servicing our Centre for 4 years. The computers we have purchased have never had issues. Their service team responds quickly to keep us up and running. During moving to Work from home they were key to assisting us to successful provide service to our clients. I have referred them to other agencies and they have thanked me as they feel the same. They are excellent try them and you will be pleased.

We had the problem with the laptop’s keyboard. We wanted it to be cleaned. Unfortunately the guys refused to clean it, they just proposed to change the keyboard or buy the new laptop.

Brought in my bent cpu pins wondering if they can fix them. It would be fine if they couldn’t but they instead broke a pin. I was doing at home but I didn’t know if I was doing it right so I brought it here and thought they can maybe fix but needed up making it worse. Also at the end they added $5 fee even though the day before i had the paper saying $40 + tax. Thankfully they removed the $5 fee because I complained. But still mad I had to pay $40 for them to make my situation worse.

Dropped off a computer my sister was having problems with after building it. The staff were courteous and explained the process of repair in a relatable and professional manner. They stayed in contact and were able to get the computer back to me very promptly, without any surprises on the bill. Great service and would definitely use them again.

Well, i had my computer repaired by A+.(OLD COMPUTER) To start they had to replace my GPU, so they did that, only to find out i had other issues going on withen the computer itself. Now i really only had enough money to buy for the gpu work, and now i have more problem i wasnt excpecting, Plus i had , with my babys 1st birthday days away and needed the picturesoff computer to do the picture banner. When i told them i nneded those pics, the owner himself called me to ask what he could to to help.Him and his staff went above and beyond to help me at this point. They FREE of charge put my pictures on to a usb so my wife coul;d get the pics we needed. He then located a used GPU and gave it to me so i didnt have to buy the new one,(that freed me up enough money to pay for the other repairs neeeded to get my pc working again. Im very impressed with the company as a whole. They all came together and thoughgt oout of the box to get me back going. Thank YOU A-PLUS service!!!!!

Their entire team were friendly and professional. Great service. Quick and efficient! I will be using them for all my computer needs. Would definitely recommend this business.
