Nicole helped me when I was in store, and I must say she was a bright spot in a terrible week. She was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond. I’ve never written a review for a store before now but I’ve also never felt better leaving a Canadian tire than before I walked in.

Had a great laugh with one of the service guys there today. Apparently we're both too old to know about these new fandangled 4 way speakers. Lol.Great support staff, good products and always an amazing sale on stuff here.Update. Why did you switch the store around? Is it just to mess with people who finally knew where everything was? Lose a star for that one.

Excellent customer service and great quality goods. We ordered some cookware through the website, and then did curbside pick up. The pick up process was super easy -- took literally seconds! Service was friendly and fast. And we are beyond thrilled with our purchases. Both items were super discounted (1/4 the original price), which is astonishing for such high-quality cookware. We are happy repeat customers!

Waiting on installing two new Tires so slow leaks with a damaged Valve makes it difficult to use Car Wash Air hoses. Twice the Mechanics have filled my two leaking Tires with Auto Shop valve hose with no charge and no complaint. Great Customer Service.

If you know what you want, and it's on the shelf, then no problem. If you're looking for assistance from staff you may want to consider other options. If you're considering using the curbside pickup, don't; go into the store the store instead.

Always a good experience to shop here. Needed a replacement battery for the car. Served quickly. Staff offered numerous options and prices with no pressure to buy one over the other.

Every employee inencountered in this store was helpful, knowledgeable and kind.I was in right when they opened at 8am, with lots to do-I bought stuff at the cashier, who was great. Then I had a key cut in the Automotive Dept, where the man was funny & nicel. Then the Garden Center was open & accessible at 8am. Everything was so easy!

There's something about this Canadian Tire location that makes it special. I know all stores would almost have the same layout, but this location is really organized and doesn't seem really crowded. Everything was easy to find based on which department you're looking for. Finding wiper blades for your vehicle using the tablet and having an option to make the tag flash to locate where it is, is quite unique. It's probably the longest I've ever spent inside a CT store at 1 hr just browsing the nice store.

I love ÇT. Have since I was a kid. Going in with my Daddy. This visit was no different, went in with my Dad to get some potting soil and other plant related items. And to price out a replacement charger for my recently deceased husband's cordless drill so I cld continue some home renovations he hàd started. But instead Daddy bought me a new drill set, some other tools, a tool box, my plant stuff, some fairy garden accessories, new plates, platter size dinner plates, and bowls, and interior paint, añd lastly a cple of new cactuses. All in all I got spoiled. Lol I did try to pay for it only to be shoved away by my fathet, who proceeded to pay for both his and my items (totaling just over $450.00) with his Canadian Tire Rewards points and that surprised me to realize just how much he had in points cuz even after paying that day he still had well over $250 in available to spend points left. Lol Gotta love those points. Not to mention they add up quick when u spend alot of money there. Not to mention ALL the staff at this location are always super helpful, and friendly, not to mention knowledgable, cheery, and full of smiles.Of all 3 CT stores in Kingston This by far is my favorite,.
